It's been a while since I've been here..but I did get my card...and yes, I danced for joy! There is a doctor in halowell that is writing the recommendation, in case your doctor doesn't feel comfortable. But it's a $300 up front cost...if you want the info, in case you can't find it yourself...email my acct..it should send me a message, and I'll send ya the info...but only people who are serious please...
