ok - I've failed twice.

In both cases the MRO contacted me. To ask if there was a reason I came up positive for THC metabs...

If you don't hear anything in 3 days, you *should* be golden.

I'll be shakin' like a leaf tomorrow. I have QF 4.0, but I know it's a partial physical too, I lucked out and scheduled it for Friday - Jeans day at work, that will make concealing it a lot easier. I'm just worried they'll have me in a gown - so for that, I'm wearing some regular briefs, packin' the QF and then boxers over that. I hope to HELL that does the trick - this test will change my life - one way or the other :what:

You know - I had a thought too - even thought I'm broke...

To keep that QF in place - why not use a bandage :)?

What really annoys me is that I went since may without a toke - got a small baggie, and they pop this on me a week later. I *might* straight up piss clean, but I have no idea - so I'm gonna risk 'insurance'.

QF is 100% in my experience, if you get past them accepting the sample.

My very first drug test results:

Facility: LabCorp
Method used: Dilution (aspirin/bvitamin/liquid, approx half-gallon before test)
Result: Negative-Dilute
Time for result: 2 days, LabCorp is quick with negatives.

My employer was nice enough to allow a retest, I will see how that goes.

Method: Hair follicle testing (I used the Testin Products with KOKOPELLI and SPIKE)
Result: NEGATIVE
Time: 5 days

concerning labcorp preemployment drug tests...do they always contact you to let you know you passed? I mean, they assume you're going to pass...right? im just a little worried cus I tested on thursday and its now tuesday night...

I got tested 7 days ago. Haven't heard anything. The test was on my 2nd day of work... I've been sweatin' it this whole time... I encourage anybody who is reading this to actually post your experiences!

I'm not so much worried about a positive as a neg.-dilution. I drank like 80 oz Gatoraid the morning of the test. Creatine supplement 48 hrs before test, b-2 and asprin and tums.... If I ever hear anything I'll post again with a more detailed account of my experiences...

I am shitting bricks....I got brave and decided not to sub..I had been clean for over 30 days and drank a 32oz q carbo 2 hours before the test. I took the test fridat at Labcorp @ about 1pm and it is now wed 3:30pm and I havent heard anything yet. This will be a life changing job for me and I need to know!!!! lol..I dont belive they tell you if you pass, only if you fail....

OK, 8 days now and I haven't heard anything. The nurse who collected my piss said I would "get a memo in a few days". Has anyone ever heard of going this long without a hearing anything and then failing? At least a few people answered 5-7 days or longer on the poll... did those people pass or fail or get inconclusive results/retest? I'm feeling more confident as the days go by, but I'm not confident enough yet to hit the binger! I see the views on this thread going up, but not so many posts, c'mon people. I'll buy you an ice cream if you post!

I would guess that after all these days it could go both ways. You could have passed and they decided not to tell You...Or (and remember You keep asking) You failed and they sent it for more test. See!!! We can only guess.

It would have been much sooner (actually the day after) if I would have called myself, which actually I did. I was bugging out so bad today I called Labcorp (where I tested) and asked them my results. So I talk to them and they transfer me to customer service whom has the results right in front of their face but still can't tell you, so they recommended calling the actual Attending Physician so I did that and spoke with them and was able to get my results which were NEGATIVE!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :jointsmile: :jointsmile: :jointsmile: :hippy: :hippy: :hippy: The results were actually ready the day after I tested and I could have called earlier if I had known. The number was on the CoC form my employer sent me (they usually keep one copy and give you a copy). They also said that the attending dr's office always trys to contact the donor if there is something wrong with the sample (testing positive). :rastasmoke:

Took a while. I ended up getting a job before the pre-employment test for another job came back. Kinda funny, cause I worked hard for 2 weeks of no smoking just to work somewhere better with no testing.

results-- FAILED tested positive not for recent use but for use/exposure 7 MONTHS AGO!
time- Via concentra 1 bussiness week.. 7 days

BTW.. relax if you havent heard from them( the labs) within 1 week of taking the exam.. it probally means you've passed the Urine test.. most of the time you wont even hear from them..

UA's only take 3 bussiness days to complete.
hair exams take 1 week( due to the 5 days the metabolites have to grow during the process)

UA's are a breeze to pass and they'll call you in about 3-4 days (during the morning hours so if you need to get back on your job search you wont waste a full day waiting by the phone)

they only contact you if you test positive or just above the cutoff level.

I've been drug tested twice for job interviews. One was a piss test and the other was a cotton swab test.

Both took around 7 days to get results.

I'm a little late, but I wanted to notify you all of my second test results.

Facility: LabCorp
Method: Light Dilution (UA)
Result: Negative
Time: Next day (very quick).

Took the test Tuesday at 130pm, got the good call from my employer at 445pm Wednesday. Very nice and quick.

I was clean for around 20 days, before that I was a moderate smoker for the past 3-4 months. I drank roughly 40 oz of Gatorade and RockStar Energy Drink combined, and took exactly 3 aspirin and some b-vitamins (though probably not necessary).

Anymore Quest test results? I was clean 33 days with pos. home tests up until 28 days and faint line on test day (33). Drank lots of water, home tested again with a good neg, then drove to Quest after taking a multi-vitamin. Worried about the Creatine level but the urine was pale yellow, not clear. It's been 2 days now. Situation close to Vandal's - only it's Quest. DeDude did you hear anything yet?

Quest Diagnostic is 3 business days for urine test. They eventually call you to ask for your prescription medicine but I guess it is a bad sign if they do so.

No result back... My employer told me that the drug test came back OK... I got my promotion, therefore I guess it was just fine

I tested on a Monday and didn't get a call until Friday. I was tripping the whole time thinking I failed. I didn't even answer the call from my new employer. I let him leave a message on my voicemail. Couldn't handle the embarassment and wouldn't have a good excuse to give him. Anyway, I passed!! I tested through LabCorp.

Oh yeah, I used Test Pure Platinum drink. And as for the hair follicle test, my boyfriend passed it using Test Pure shampoo. That's why I went with the same brand for the drink.

I have had many test at Quest that I passed and failed.

If I failed Quest called to see if there was any reason I had weed in My system....

If I passed the employer called and said I passed.

In Your case it really sounds like You passed. If You failed You would have heard in 3 to 5 days. JMHO

Just call your employer and ask ask him/her what up with the job cause yu have other offers and no time to waste... If yu want me yu better hire me know... Thereby, yu'll have an answer but don't ever mention the drug test.... It's a formality.

Did yu know that over 50% of Quest Diagnostic drug test came up + for THC on a 5 test screen over the 5 past yrs? And that in every professional sector (government, private etc...). Interestingly, less than 2% were coming + for the 4 other ones.

If every THC + were fired or without job, all woud be in Cali's beaches and there would be nobody left to work....

Last time i was tested I failed and it took almost 2 weeks for the test to come back . and i hadnt smoked for 4 months before the test so i think the test was a bogus one and decided not to take a retest.

I went through lifetime health in WNY and I heard a lady mention over the phone while I was there that it takes 24 to 48 hours for the results. I assume it is 48 hours if your postive because of the retest. It has been 24 hours for me using dilution method. I am very worried to say the least. Knowing that I won't hear from them if I passed makes it worse.

I wonder if they (testing facility) will call me if I fail?

I'm really happy to hear you passed your test. - Since you mentioned prescriptions, I was wondering if you show up positive for a prescription, if it would cause them to confirm (re-test at 15 ng/ml on gc/ms) all the drugs that tested negative the the original assay? I've been passing my home tests, but am worried sick that the confirmation test will pick up the thc that I (hopefully) tested negative for.

i just took mine monday with labcorp and i took 3 at home tests. all three had very faint pink lines even the one i took after it. does that mean a pass with them? i mean i could see all the pink lines no matter how faint and the test i took after it was with not drinking after it for 2 and a half hours and it was still visible but pretty faint. A faint line is still a line, which is a negative.

I was wondering if you show up positive for a prescription, if it would cause them to confirm (re-test at 15 ng/ml on gc/ms) all the drugs that tested negative the the original assay? Nope. Only the drug(s) that tested positive on the initial assay undergoes the confirmation GC/MS. It would be way too costly and a huge waste of money to run a confirmation test on all the drugs on a given panel.

This time around I drank almost a whole bottle of cranberry juice the night before, did a home test came up neg. So the morning of I drank a half bottle of cran and three glasses of water. My pee was still really clear but not as bad. I'm waiting on results! Hope it's a negative!

I took a preemployment test on Tuesday, the second day i worked at my new job(SNEAKY!). I had about 2 days clean ( I smoked last on the previous saturday at noon) and i took creatine pills, b vitamins and diluted heavily. Friday I reported to work, and there was a job application at my work station with a sticky with my name on it. I've failed drug tests before and they are pretty quick about letting you know about it. One time, I got tested the first day on the job, 2 days later i was talkin to an MRO and getting fired. I guess if you pass, don't expect any news, but if something is wrong, they won't hesitate to let you know about it. Im pretty sure this job randomly tests, Im not smoking anymore, My nerves cant take the pressure! LOL.

It doesn't work anywhere. No detox potion, pill, powder works. You come up negative dilute because they test for creatinine and specific gravity levels in urine screens these days. Sorry. You have to load creatine if you wish to pass urine screens using the dilution method.

This time around I drank almost a whole bottle of cranberry juice the night before, did a home test came up neg.

Not sure what the purpose of this was other than to show to yourself if you drank enough fluids you could come up negative/dilute again.

Sounds like you drank enough again to come back negative but likely dilute again.

Okay so I was a heavy smoker I smoked everyday for 9 months 2-3 bowl packs a day I found out I got this job so I quit smoking dec 14th I was given a pre employment urine drug test on dec 28.. On jan 4th I found out I accidentally diluted my piss cuz I drank hella water the night n morning before my test so this time at 21 days clean I go back n they drew my blood !!!! On my way home I grabbed a home piss test n passed it with neg results was supposed to start Monday the 9th but they said they couldn't give me the okay to work untill my results came back from quest diagnostics so they told me i wouldnt be able to start now till jan 23rd if everything turns out rite...it's been 6 days today n they still haven't called or anything letting me know my results n of course I'm not gonna call them so my question is do u think If I failed they would have called by now?

LabCorp won't give you your drug test results over the phone. However they will tell you if your results have been received and reported. I just got off the phone with them and gave them my specimen # and they said it was reported on 8/14. My u/a was 8/13 so I'm sure I would have heard something by now if it came up hot. Feeling better now.
